Inherited this new database and found on the Main form a procedure I am unfamilar with. Can someone help me understand where this is located?

Private_sub Option32_gotfocus
Call SetInstruction ' this is the problem area
End procedure

You must have a procedure named SetInstruction in some module.

You should usually be able to place the cursor within the keyword, then hit Shift+F2 to jump to the sub (or righ click | definition) - or, search for it, just select Current Project for the search.
