I would like to be able to view the calendar's of other users on the network to see when they are available for a meeting. As they have given permission I can view the calendar but I can only see the details of when free/busy etc on those users who are on the same LAN as myself. What do we need to do so we can view all users details?

How exactly are you opening their calendar? What kind of permissions did they give you? Assuming you are using Outlook which version are you using? joegz

I can open their calendar ok using file - open other users folder. However what I want to do is to go to File meeting request - attendee availability and select several people there to see if busy or free. The people who share the same server as me show up fine but others show as a line of //////// In all cases I have been granted permission as a reviewer. I am using OUtlook 97

You can try running the /cleanfreebusy switch to open Outlook to see if this will regenerate the free\busy information.

If that has no effect I would ask if the names you are selecting that show up with //// are being selected from the Global Address Book rather than from contacts or personal address book. joegz
