Set Time, Exchange 5.5

Here's an easy question, I hope.
We have two(2) NT4.0 servers, the PDC and Exchange 5.5. Both display about the same time from their system clocks.
But when I create a new user mailbox, Exchange marks/stamps the event with a time about 6 hours in the future.
