Is it possible to modify the properties of a field in a table using a macro?
For instance, I want to round a couple of decimal places.
If so, How?
Is Visual Basic the only option?

Knock out handle by the way... Yes you can. In your macro select the action "RunCode" then click on the ellipse "..." button that will appear if you click below on the field "Function Name". A dialog will open and you'll see "Built-in Functions". There are many to choose from... See Access help (F1) and look for "Type Conversion Functions". You can probably find info on working with built-in functions as well. Gord
