Set Notify Option on DNS Master

Can someone help me set the notify option on the DNS Master, so my domains MX records can be updated.

Do I set it in named.conf?

I use nsmail on debian.

The mailer is inconsequential, the settings are for a master-slave DNS. Are you in charge of both your master and slave? Running what type and version of DNS?
