i have a client on Server Edition R11

when i give some users a 'set hunt group night service' button the user presses it and it doesn't work. when programming the button, the group extension number is shown instead of the group name?

when i ask users to dial *20*Group No# this sets the night service as expected.

i have given users a dial *78 button to put NS on using a shortcode and *79 to take off but i'd prefer the toggle NS button.

is there a known issue with this release does anyone know? or am i being silly?

Users should be in the group to be able to change i to night service with key.

Dumb question, but did you set the action data to match desired group? And the other one I am guilty of, did you save your work?

Don't have an R11 SE too test, but the set night service works on R11 500V2 okay. But I did use the drop down list to choose the group.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*

emmitt2727 - Yeah, its all been saved and closed and config re opened and programming is still there.

Budbyrd - we have an IPO500 v2 R11 in the office and used the dropdown for groups. this has the group name and number in it.

im going to delete the group and recreate it then see what happens[sleeping2]

make sure you merge it after you remove it then rebuild and merge again,.

J139 Handsets don't support any advanced huntgroup enable/disable functionality.
