Hello!
We changed our Bosch I3E to IP Office a few years ago. There are about 200 users on it, and we use PIN codes to authenticate users for each non-free calls. On IP Office, we use Authorization codes, with Force Authorization Code enabled. Created a ShortCode: 0XXX#;SetAuthorizationCode;. and it works, the user gets authenticated, the call is assigned to the user set for the autorization code, but the main problem is that the authorization doesn't appear in the SMDR record. n/a is listed for the authcode.
Also, is there any way to distinguish personal and business calls? with Bosch I3E, users could hit a 0 or an 8 to indicate the call type, and also seizuring the line for the call. (if auth codes would show up in the smdr record, all would be fine)
Thanks for your answer!
