Set as master for a date/time field (removing the time)

I have a date/time field
I displaed the date only by using the format options however when I set the field as master, it displays one row at the time because it is not ignoring the time.

How do I solve the problem? I am using BO 6.5

Ops..I figured it out. I created a variable using FormatDate(), dragged that into the report and set as master. :)
