Yah sure. Are you running W2K Server/Advanced Server? If so, there are a couple of ways to do this.
First, if you are running it in a workgroup, go to Start/Programs/Administrative Tools/Computer Management/Local Users and Groups and right-click on Administrators/Set Password.
If the server is part of a domain (either a DC or a member server), then you need to go into the AD Users and Computers MMC and select the Administrators account and set its password as described above using the right-click.
