set a different printer

I know that Access will print to your default printer. However, Is there a way to specify a different printer, without changing your default printer??

Yes. In your report, select File, page setup, and select use specific printer, and select the printer.

Have to make sure that all your users have access to the printer though, or it will give a warning message and switch to default.

Oh.

What I meant to say is in design view, select page set up, and use specific printer, and save it.

That way, it always uses it. This only works in design view.
