IS there way tolog sessions eitherat the client or on the server. I want to be able to know when people are logging on in Citrix, when there connections are dropped etc.
 
If you are on XPe and above, you can use the Resource Manager. If not, Lakeside software makes a nice product that will give you more information than you could ever digest. Not only will it give the info, you can set alarms to take various actions upon given events or conditions.

You can download a trial copy at their website lakeside.com.
We use it here with great effect.
