services tab not present in outlook 2000

Hi,

I'm about to setup a pc to access our exchange server. However, I can't find "services" which is usually under tools menu. How can this be enabled? I was not the one who installed outlook and there may be some options not selected during installation.

Got it already. The MS Outlook was instaled with no mail client. I modified the installation to use workgroup or corporate setup.
