How do you findout which service pack is installed on a 4.11 server?

I dont have a command for you but I can tell you my two strategies for this sort of question.

1. Go to the sys volume and look for a directory called !backup# where # is the last service pack installed with a backup option. Since this is _always_ a good idea it should be the last sp.

2. Type 'modules' at the console prompt and read the dates on the various modules Novell presents to you. Especially check dates for whatever is the task of the day or things like scsi drivers or lan cards. This will give you a general age of some of the software.

Load Install at the console, goto Product Options, View/Configure/Remove installed products. The Currenty Installed Products box will show Support Packs and what version.

Good Luck,

Mark ;-)
