Service Packs

Can someone please point me to documentation from Avaya showing what service pack level they support for:

Voice Mail Pro
Compact Contact Manager

on

Windows XP
Windows Server 2003

I have searched the Avaya knowledge base and I can't find anything.

When Our systems were first installed, I was told that SP1 was not supported on Windows server 2003, however I know that has now changed. I cannot find out if SP2 is officially supported, and I can't find the SP level for XP

Our corporate IT people are pushing to have all systems updated to SP3 on XP and SP2 on Server 2003, but I need to find out the level of Official Avaya support prior to doing that.

The information you need is in the tech bulletins

More specifically, tech Bull 86 for 2003 Service Pack 2

You will need to upgrade, slightly to obtain support for SP2
