Service Pack for WIN200server

Hi, I'm new to this.
We are using WIN2000 SP4 for all 9servers (file server, SQL server, Exchange Server, SAV Server, DHCP, DNS, etc) here and 1 other server on WIN2003 which AS400 runs on.
Now, my boss is asking if there is any service pack for 2003 which we should watch out for.
He's asking this cuz they had (before I joined the company) a problem with SP2 on WINxp Pro which installs firewall. We use RDC as well as VPN.
Any input is highly appreciated!!

You should be running Windows 2003 w/SP1 if you aren't already, see if there are any issues that you need to be aware of, read the articles found here on Microsoft's website
