service pack 4 - "acess is denied"

I have updated my system before, but I had to format my disk, and when tryed to update my system with the service pack 4, I got this message in the middle of the instalation process "Access is denied". I was logged as Administrator.

Can someone help me?

Save the file to the C: dive and then run the file using the /Q option to install the service pack silently without any user interface. To do this go to a command promt and type C:\W2KSP4_EN.EXE /Q

As a matter of interest, I had the identical problem when running SP6 on NT4 Server.
