service pack 2 XP affect Visual C#?

Hello,

I have heard today that the service pack 2 XP is coming up today, but since I am in Europa may be we will have to wait a few days to get the new service pack.

I wonder if this service pack will have a problem with
the debugger in Visual C#?

Since Visual C# doesn't have a support for updating software (I guess), since I tried many times to update my Visual C# 2003, it always said that
"Visual studio encounter error ... check your browser..."

Need Information about that two things???
