Service Observing VDN

I am trying to service observe a VDN. I am able to observe agents ok. I have checked the cor of the VDN oberserved is set to yes and the cor options on page 13 is set to yes and same with the station observing. When I list trace on the station I get this.

Do I need to do anything different on the vdn's then the agents?

Have you checked the FRL of the COR's?

I think the FRL of the observing station will have to match or be higher than the FRL of the observed COR.

I know you said you checked the CORs, but the denial event says "COR dny". Can you post your COR's?

I got it I was looking at page 13 of the vdn cor but never changed page 13 of the servering observing cor. Thanks.
