Service observing question

I know that when an agent is assigned a COR and logs into a phone, that their COR overrides what is programmed on their CMV set.

But, if an agents COR does not allow for service observe (on page 1), and a supervisors COR (separate from the agents COR) is tagged 'y' (on page 4) for service observing that COR, does it override what is programmed in the agents COR and allow that supervisor to observe the agent?

I would say no ...but set up a test cor mark no on the SO and yes on the sup SO and give it a try. Wisdom is Knowledge

One important thing that I forgot to include in my question. I work remotely, and we have no test environment !! Company is too cheap ..... right Barry.
