Service Observing for IPO

On Merlin MAGIX there was a feature called Service Observing, which allowed a supervisor to "monitor" an employees conversation (known or unknown). I believe this is possible in VMPRO. Does anyone know how to do it? I have 7 users in a group, 2 or 3 managers that would like to have it at their disposal. Can it be done and how?

Indeed, it's called Call listen, no need for VM Pro, the system does it by default, type it in the help file search :-)

Found it thanks. Also, to kill the beeps I went to beeps on listen and unticked that as well. Working great. Thanks!
