Service Observe Remote Extension

Create a VDN in site B that has the appropriate permissions/correct COR to serve observe the 'B' call. All you have to do is dial the VDN you create and a vector you will write will autodial the FAC for service observing and at that point input the station you want to monitor. Here is a sample vector below. The first few steps are there for security. If someone knows the digits then they can service observe. Good Luck!
