Service Observe Capacity

We are currently using the G3r Service Observe feature to record calls. What is the maximum number of calls you can Service Observe on the G3r?

As far as I know there is no "maximum" - you can obsere every call in the system

but you cannot have multiple people observe the same call ...

thanks for the info. we were inform by our supplier that service observation is a relatively heavy process on the Definity and it is not recommended to have more than 180 simultaneous DS1 service observation.
