Service Monitoring - SOA Monitoring in .Net?

Hi,

I'm about to start a project that will monitor various services on multiple services. I could either build this from scratch or something like Introscope -

Does anyone have recommendations about current tools/libraries out there?

If building it ourselves, we could use a central db for our dashboard to monitor, or use .Net Messaging.
