I've got the backup server to see the agent on my exchange server - but when I try to expand "Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes" it's asking me for the mailbox for the service account. I created one for it called "backup", linked to the account "DOMAIN\backup" - but it doesn't take it. What's it looking for here?
