I have a server which has v8.6 installed on it. In the same domain, I have a server with Agent Accelerator installed. In the "Backup Selections" option, when I try to choose files to be backed up from the remote system (through Microsoft Windows Network), the server is grayed out. Any ideas...anyone?

You have Agent Accelerator installed, but do you have the Remote Agent installed on that machine? They are not the same thing.
