How can I create a rule on the server (Exchange 2003) that moves an email from a specific person's Exchange mailbox it was sent to, to an alternate user's mailbox?

I have a user who gets lots of mails from a supplier that should go to a different person. I don't want to move all mails, just all mails from a particular sender.

I would like the rule to be run on the server rather than the client, so that the user doesn't see the process happening, and also so that the Outlook 2002 client does not have to be running.

Thanx

Gary

Hi GF,
Log on through OWA and setup forwarding for the specific email to go to the specific person. This rule is from server side. I think this is the only way if you want to forward individual emails.
