Server roles and maint plans

Hi

Running SQL 2000 sp4.
Can anyone tell me what server roles allow the ability to create create or modify maintenance plans, apart from the system admin role?

To create or manage Maintenance Plans, you must be a member of the sysadmin fixed server role.
