Hi, I wonder if anyone can help? I have a HP UPS (r300 xr) and 3 servers (hp Prolient DL380s). I am trying to configure them, in a rack, on a power fail they shut down and restart when the power is restored. The first bit works i.e the servers gracefully shut down. But the two remote agents do not power back up. The management server (which connects to the UPS via the serial cable) works fine - shuts down and reboots. HP dont seem to be able to suggest anything sensible so I thought Id try here! Any ideas on firstly - how the remote agents are booted? (Is it via a network call from the management server and the Wake on LAN settings and secondly - why this wouldn’t work? Ive checked all the obvious settings and all appears fine?! Thanks.
