Server Performance down after installing Arcserve 11

Hi

Anyone come accross the problem of when you install Arcserve 11 the performance of the server drops?

We have a quad processor Dell server with 4GB RAM and an Oracle 8.1.7 database that was previously being backed up by Arcserve 2000. We had to upgrade to back up a client server also. Before installing Arcserve 11 the server was running well, but now we have had to reduce the memory allocation for Oracle and the server just run slower (we know this because it loads files each day that are taking upto twice as long). Does Arcserve 11 use a hugh chunk of memory?

Any information would be good.

Not from what I've seen. Use Task Manager to see how much memory tapeeng.exe is using.
