Server Management Software included in Dell Servers

Dell ship OpenManage with their servers. There's a couple of parts to it, one is the wizard type thing to build the system from (if you want, you can of course just use the OS CD's) and the other is the monitoring part which is pretty comprehensive (for hardware at least).
I've never used more generic management products like Tivoli or Unicenter but it can bolt into those products if you nee something a bit more enterprise-class.
