Server Imaging hanging

Hi,
We are having problems imaging a server with Altiris software. The imaging appears to be hanging and cannot be killed off, we have tried rebooting but no joy.

The console shows the following:-
"Configuring computer - Restoring configuration please wait"

The server is an HP Proliant BL20p G2.

Any help on this would be appreciated, as this is threatening to ruin my entire weekend!
