Some users were recreated after erroneously being deleted from the Exchange Server. After their mail boxes were restored with Seagate Backup, some of the user's out-of-office do not work. We can't find where this is set in Exchange?
For Internet responses, it's in System Manager under Global Settings\Internet Message Formats\Default. Go into the Properties and check off "allow out of office responses".
Internally is a different story. Are you having a problem with that?
