Server Error in '/OWAAdmin' Application

I just installed Exchange 2003 (fresh Install).

It is working just fine, as well as OWA.

I downloaded the OWA Web Administration tool from microsoft (
After the installation, I click on the Outlook Web Access Administration link, and I recieve the above error.

Looking through the readme, it states if the program is installed on a W2K Domain Controller (which it is) to follow the instruction at
The instructions contained in the above link will result in the loss of all contents in my Active Directory, and all users will be lost.

Not sure if that is the reason for my problem, as I havent tried it yet. Thought I may post on here and see if anybody else has experienced this issue before.
