Server Error in '/ASPNETApp1' Application.

I have tried to give all sort of writes. I just want to view a simple program saying "Hello World" What am I doing wrong. I have added the ASPNET to the file, gave it all the rights. I also went into the IIS and gave ASPNET right as well. What must I do to get rid of this error:

Access to the path "C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files\aspnetapp1\38a3b1a9\65c9f047" is denied.
