Server Error in '/' Application

Hi I'm newish to windows2003 server and was wondering why when i run an aspx file i get the following message:

Server Error in '/' Application.

Hi, check your ACL on C:\_cd\old\2\web.config and anonymous settings. Is this folder defined as a virtual folder?
