Server Edition alarm

I have just configured a new SE Select system and am seeing an odd alarm that I am not sure how to resolve.

It is

Access to Web service Failed due to incorrect credentials
Web Service: /ws/archiver/backup/config?file=0050560f1351.cfg
Username: Administrator
Client IP : IP address of the IPO

So I know it must be an inbuilt service but just not sure what. I have no issues logging into the config or the management web pages with the Administrator username and password.

This also leaves a load of red alerts in the audit trail (every 20 minutes to couple of hours).

Event Type - Service Access
Outcome - Failure
IP OFfice Account - Administrator

And then oddly thrown in the audit trail occasionally is

Event Type = Security Login
Outcome - Success
IP office Account - Administrator

I think they must be related.

Any ideas?

Okay, so I decided to do a complete security reset and redo the passwords and now I am getting the following Alarm

Access to Web Service fauiled due to incorrect credentials
Web service: ws/admin/trunnks/analoguelines?set=0
Username: Administrator
Client IP address: IP Address of the IPO

And they show as the exact same Failure in the audit trail.

Web Service: ws/admin/timeprofiles?set=0

This is starting to annoy me.

I think it's One-X Portal causing this, are all the components "green"?

Yep all 6 showing as green

DSML
Personal Directory
CSTA
VoiceMail

All show as 127.0.0.1 and Green

Then

CSTA and DSML Master also shows as green

You can also check that the Administrator have access to Web Services in Security Settings.
It should if it's part of the Business Partner Rights Group.

So Administrator is part of Admin Group, SS Group and Business Partner Group.

only other active user is EnhTcpaservice.

I have ticked anything I can see relating to web services also under the Administrator Group now as well and will see what happens.

Just to let you know I did the security reset through Manager and not :7070, once we went to :7070 and did a sync the alarms stopped.
