Server Edition 8.1.69 Time profiles not working.

I have a Primary Server and a Secondary server, Both DL360s running 8.1.69. I have time profiles setup for each day of the week from 12:00am to 11:59pm. I use these to record agent calls on different days of the week. Now if I apply one of these time profiles to a user on the secondary server it will not record. If I remove the time profile it records. The time profiles work fine for any users on the primary server. Also, if I hot desk a user created on the secondary server onto an extension on the primary server it records with the time profile.

Does recording manually work for extensions on secondary server?

Yes. As well as auto recording with a time profile.

I broke down and restarted the IP Office service on the secondary server. Profiles work again.
