Server disk space low

This message just started popping up, i cant find out how to fix. Please help, small business owner not a computer guru.

I would check the disk space on your micros server. Check the backups being stored somewhere in database\data\backup\...

There might be a large number of backups not being deleted which is taking up all the disk space.
