Server Application Error - ASP Pages only

Get this on the browser;

Server Application Error - the server has encountered an error while
loading an application during the process of your request. Please refer
to the event log for more detail information.

on the event log - System Log I get this
Event ID 59 - Source - W3SVC

user N/A, Category None

The COM Application "(3D14228D-FBE1-11d0-995D-00C04FD919C1)' at
'/LM/W3SVC/3/Root' failed to activate out of process.

and also this event
Event ID 36, Source - W3SVC
User N/A, Category None

The Server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/3/Root' This error was
'c000003b'

when I move it into Low (IIS Process) on home directory tab for a domain the asp works - no pictures but the asp does.

anything else it doesnt.

The only changes I made today was I attempted to add a computer client and with DHCP it promptly shut all access off to the websites from outside.

I also removed a mail setting for one user.


any ideas?
