Server Agent Job will not run

I'm trying to run a Server Agent Job and it just hangs producing this 'pop-up' error :-

?SQLUIUpdateRegistryFromResource@@YAJHPAUHINSTANCE_@@IKPAPBG1@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library SQLRESLD.DLL

Any ideas anyone?
