Server 2003 Terminal Services Monitoring???

Hi i am kinda new to termianl services we have just recently started using it and i have been using TSAdmin to monitor the users.I was wondering is there a better program and such to monitor there actions while they are connected.

And also do any of you know a good place to get a good reference on group policy settins other than the XLS file MS has on there site..

As for GP I found by just going into it and carefully looking and reading it worked for me. What is it you are trying to do?
