Hi !

Can some of you guys tell me how can I set my MetaFrameXP FR3, on a Win 2003 Server, to map serial ports back to the clients ?

I need that clients that connect to the server run an application that requieres the use of an external serial modem at the client location (and phone line) and have no clue on how to do that...

Thanks !

the command that maps the local serial port is :
net use com1: \\client\com1:

You could use that in a login script or something like that..

Any ideas on how i would now do this on a WYSE Terminal?
I checked the Ports wwizard (under the add printer wizard) and the wyse terminal doesnt automatically map the ports, yet the Remote Desktop connection from a 32bit OS works fine...

Any ideas?!?!?! HELP!
