Serial Number Default

In Order Entry, does anyone know how to change the Serial Number default from "No" to "Yes"? I know you can click and change it, but I wondered if there is a way to change the default...Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the IC Items, Serial Numbers checkbox.
