Hi folks,

A few days ago, we were moving our office to a new site.
We found some (about 8) 'left overs' by some former staff,
'Serial' mices. All our machines now uses ps/2 mouse ports.
Can they be use on ps/2 ports, maybe some 'adaptors'??
I just don't want to dump more garbage when they can still
be used. I am good at soldering, just in case you can also
give me the pin assignment so that I can solder the ps/2 plugs
to the serial mice.

Ummm...here's a novel idea...why don't you just plug them into the SERIAL ports??

If you don't have any you can go and pick them up almost anywhere. Save yourself soem soldering time and get an I/O card if need be. People are giving them away, let alone selling them cheap.
