R5, voicemail pro. Is it still possible to move a vm pro license from a parallel dongle to a serial dongle?
Has anybody done this recentily?

You can swap the whole bunch of licenses from one dongle to another.

That is what I want to do, the dongle I am moving it from just has the 1 vm pro license.

Just find a clean dongle and request the transfer. Mail the old one back to Avaya and you'd be all set.

Do I need a blank one, the serial dongle I was going to move license to has licenses on it already?

No, they'll remain valid, but you will need to send Avaya the parallel dongle or you'll be charged for the licences moved :-)
