Howdy..
Congradulations, Seems you have done this to yourself by allowing some "Contextual advertising" software to be installed on your machine. Most likely the eZula software. This software highlights words and turns them into links to web sites. This package also comes with Kazaa along with a lot of other Spyware_AD-ware . A visit to will tell you if it is eZula on your system. If you have Kazaa, get rid of it and if you must, get Zazaa Lite.
First get and install AdAware ( ) and use it to delete any Spyware/AD-ware found. Read about this type of junk at Spyware_etc. These programs come hidden in "free" software and can corrupt or slow down your system. Or can be installed by some hijack web sites. Advanced users can do additional Spyware and cookie checking with the SpyBot Search_&_Destroy tool.
Then, update your anti-virus program and run a full system scan.
