Hi,

I have a query that pulls a set of users. I want to open Outlook and have all the emails address from the Email field automatically in the To field of a blank email message.

I've use the SendObject on a Macro to send a standard email message, but this will not work as the message will vary. That's why I want to open a blank Outlook message and have the emails from the query in the To field. And then the email message can be composed.

Possible?

It's not necessary to create the message in Outlook. SendObject provides for a message text which can be fairly complex. I used it to create verification of membership information for confirmations that I sent to new members and renewals to insure that I had their info correct. Each time I moved to a new record, I would go through every field on the form and concatinate it (along with carriage return and line feed) into a string which was used as the message string.

Sorry, should have explained. I am designing this for users who have no experience with the Macros, and actually don't even see the database design window.

I need to have a command button on a form that will open Outlook based on a parameter query they choose, and the email address will be in the To field for the user.
