Sending this Notes document to other Notes users through the Internet

I regularly email a person who is in my Personal Address Book. They are not with our company but their company does use Lotus Notes. To keep the format the same, I always have to select "sending this notes document to other notes user(s) through the Internet" in Actions ¦ Special Options. Is there some way that I can specify that this person uses Lotus Notes so that I don't have to keep choosing this everytime I email them?

Does your entry in your local address book state their Internet address - if it does, just clcik the down arrow and you can select Lotus Notes from the list. This should work. Lamaar75@hotmail.com

Yes, you'd think that would work but it doesn't. I've tried that too!
