Until recently I've been able to send PDF files through OUtlook and they've been received. The last two times I've done it I've used exactly step-by-step the same process and they've not been received. One should have been because the configureation is the same as another user's computer at the same location. What's going on?

Some SP levels of some versions of Outlook block PDF attachments. What version of Outlook (including SP level)?

What does SP level indicate and where would I find it? I've been all over the program and never saw that.

And are you referring to sender's level or receiver's level? Nothing has changed at my computer, I've sent PDF files before which have been received, and both of the recipients have received PDF files from other senders. since there have been no configuration changes made to my computer, what else should I check?

Okay, "service Pack." Gotcha. I'm up to SP3. And I'm the only one using OUtlook; the Receivers who couldn't receive the PDF file are using other email programs. That was the first thing I asked each of them, what program do they use, because I know that in Outlook some of the SP's default to block ALL attachments.

Then, I assume the version must either be 2000 or 2002. Neither of these should block outgoing PDF attachments. I'm still not sure this isn't a problem with the recipients. What happens if you send the PDF file to yourself?
