Sending Messages

Hi out there!
I am just wanting to know if there is any capabilities within Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook that could enable me to send a "pop-up" kind of message to another computer in a small workgroup (each running Windows 98SE). The idea would be to be able to send a message to the next office that would pop-up on their screen. Unless of course, if you know of some simple software or VB code that could do the job.

Use Netmeeting. Simple to use and easy to set up. You could also use any number of IM utilities.

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!
